 * Experience with performance tuning, replication, and high availability

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Scripting (Bash or Python)
 * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
 * Experience with sharding or partitioning
 * Leadership or mentoring experience
