Training, certifications or coursework alone do not meet this requirement * Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required * Demonstrated experience building Flows, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets and page layouts * Experience managing user access, roles and sharing settings * Experience building reports and dashboards * Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements * Familiarity with Salesforce data management best practices, including deduplication and data quality maintenance * Nice to have: exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, experience with a declarative automation migration (e.g. Workflow Rules to Flow), or familiarity with a data tool like Data Loader or Jetstream ## Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, administration and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform. In this role you will manage day-to-day admin tasks, build and maintain automation, and help keep our Salesforce instance clean, scalable and easy for the business to use. This is a hands-on configuration role, not a development role. This position is a great fit for someone with at least 12 months of real-world, hands-on Salesforce administration experience who is ready to take on more ownership.
