This role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in EDI transaction processing, ERP systems, SQL databases, and supply chain operations. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and operational efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities Technical & EDI Support * Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain EDI integrations and business processes. * Monitor EDI transaction flow and resolve mapping, translation, and integration issues. * Collaborate with customers, vendors, and third-party partners to support EDI onboarding and compliance requirements. ERP Support * Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). * Design, code, test, implement, and maintain ERP enhancements, integrations, and customizations. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Support ERP upgrades, implementations, patches, and system optimization initiatives. * Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing system support to business users. Database & Reporting * Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports. * Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting across ERP and EDI environments. * Support data integrity, system performance, and reporting requirements. Supply Chain & Warehouse Management * Support Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Management business processes. * Partner with operational teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. * Assist with inventory management, warehouse transactions, and order fulfillment workflows supported by EDI and ERP systems.
