## About the Role

* 4+ years of Practicing Agile Product Owner or Business Analyst experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
 * Experience in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies.
 * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
 * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills; having the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences.

Desired Skills:

 * Commercial Banking or Lending experience - nice to have
 * Agile Certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), nice to have.
 * Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

## Description

* Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning.
 * Acting member of an Agile Scrum delivery team responsible for participating and contributing to Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.).
 * Translate business requirements into user stories in Jira; refine and review user stories while acting as the bridge between business and technology partners.
 * Serve as a liaison between product and development to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
 * Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories and break down features defined by Product Managers.
 * Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs.
 * Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships.
 * Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide.
