 * Experience in IT support, mobile device support, or end-user support
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
 * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
 * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, * Experience with iOS platforms
 * Experience with Microsoft Office 365
 * Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts
 * Enterprise IT environment experience
 * Demonstrated employment stability and successful completion of prior assignments

## Description

* Work with end users to communicate IT environment changes and impacts
 * Partner with vendors on service contracts
 * Provide troubleshooting support for mobile devices and applications
 * Develop user guides and instructions for application configurations
 * Coordinate updates and upgrades for mobile devices
 * Record and document processes and update existing documentation
 * Support change and release processes for IT systems implementation
 * Produce reports and perform clean-up activities
 * Manage decommissioning and shipping of devices
 * Ensure compliance with Mobile Policy guidelines
