Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Journeyman Computer Systems Analyst - **Company:** SAALEX Corp. - **Location:** Lexington Park, MD, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Salary:** $110,000.0 - $145,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Windows, Amazon Web Services, Business Systems, Cloud Computing, CompTIA Security+, Information Systems, System Configuration, Monitoring of Systems, Linux System Administration, Linux Servers, Software Deployment, Enterprise Software Applications, Software Troubleshooting, Information Technology, Teamcenter (Software) - **Published:** August 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.clearancejobs.com/jobs/9078437/journeyman-computer-systems-analyst ## About the Role Required: * At least three (3) years of project management experience in Logistics IT or IT support of Engineering activities or processes * Experience administering, maintaining, or supporting enterprise applications in Windows and/or Linux environments. * Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting software applications and system components. * Experience supporting system migrations, deployments, software updates, and technical implementations. * Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and identify root causes. * Strong understanding of systems administration principles and enterprise application support. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certifications required., Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline and three (3) years of relevant experience required. ## Description * Administer and support a government AWS-hosted Siemens Teamcenter environment. * Support installation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Teamcenter and associated applications. * Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and third-party engineering, logistics, and business systems. * Perform system administration activities on Windows and Linux servers supporting Teamcenter and related applications. * Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization; identify and resolve performance issues. * Analyze application, system, and network logs to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Support software deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes. * Manage user access, permissions, and account administration activities. * Coordinate with government customers, engineers, developers, and system administrators to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, configuration documentation, and knowledge-base articles. * Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex system and application issues. * Provide customer support and technical guidance to end users and stakeholders. * Attend and actively participate in customer and team collaboration meetings. * Other duties as assigned or required., * Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter or other Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms. * Experience supporting Naval Aviation logistics systems and related applications, including OOMA, AvPLM, Aircraft Inventory Readiness Reporting System (AIRRS), Technical Directives, DECKPLATE, or similar systems. * CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant IT certification. * Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications and cloud-based environments. Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
