 - Entra ID / Azure AD
 - ServiceNow ticketing and documentation
 - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have:

 - Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10K+ users)
 - Experience with a multi-geo M365 tenant

## Description

Resolve and troubleshoot M365 L3 support tickets

 - Manage escalations from L1/L2 teams
 - Create SOPs, KB articles, and technical documentation
 - Support M365 governance initiatives across SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Purview, and AvePoint
 - Monitor Microsoft Message Center, Service Health, licensing, and tenant administration activities
 - Support strategic M365 projects and platform enhancements
