Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies. * Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop practical solutions. * Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Excellent communication and technical writing skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. * Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision., * Active Secret Clearance Required * Ability to obtain and maintain higher levels of security access as required ## Description Ataero is seeking a Systems Engineer II to support WOLF and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) communications programs. The selected candidate will support the development, integration, testing, documentation, and sustainment of advanced communications systems and "systems of systems" that enable mission success for Special Operations Forces worldwide. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, operators, program managers, and technical teams to support system requirements development, systems integration, test planning, verification activities, and operational fielding of communications capabilities in support of global SOF operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong systems engineering experience, military communications knowledge, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in dynamic mission environments.
