This person owns backlog priorities, defines user stories and acceptance criteria, supports sprint planning and delivery ceremonies, and ensures the team is focused on the highest-value work. The opportunity: * Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and sequencing of work. * Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for delivery teams. * Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, priorities, and success measures. * Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and delivery teams throughout sprint planning, demos, reviews, and retrospectives. * Use customer feedback, user research, analytics, and business value to guide product decisions. * Support roadmap execution by breaking larger initiatives into epics, features, and sprint-ready stories. * Clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove blockers so teams can deliver efficiently. * Review completed work and confirm it meets acceptance criteria and business expectations. * Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
