Preferred * Strong experience with SIP trunking, Avaya, and unified communications in multi-site environments. * Juniper certifications (e.g., JNCIA/JNCIS) or equivalent network certifications (vendor-agnostic, Network+, etc.) with hands-on experience. * Experience with SDN/network virtualization and policy platforms (vendor-agnostic), and/or network segmentation strategies. * Network automation exposure (e.g., scripting, templating, or orchestration tooling) and configuration management best practices. * Familiarity with ITIL-based incident/problem/change management and operational metrics/SLAs. * Familiarity with compliance and security best practices for voice and network systems. * Familiarity monitoring, troubleshooting and configuring enterprise level firewalls. ## Description Third Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a Telecommunications & Network Administrator with strong technical depth across Avaya, telecom services, unified communications, and enterprise networking, along with a customer-focused mindset.
