## About the Role

* 3-7 years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
 * Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes in production environments.
 * Experience building, maintaining, and scaling cloud infrastructure within AWS.
 * Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
 * Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
 * Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
 * Solid understanding of Linux systems, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
 * Experience working with distributed systems and modern infrastructure practices.
 * Exposure to monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting production environments.
 * Ability to partner closely with software engineering teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
 * Experience within fintech or financial services environments is a plus.
