This position utilizes critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to understand common business analysis tools and methodologies and to apply them to solve enterprise-wide technical and operational problems. The ERP Business Analyst position partners with technical teams to define specifications for assigned projects and serves as a facilitator between technical teams and business owners. FLSA STATUS Exempt, * Partners with business owners to ensure projects and service requests are on time and within scope through the application of project management methodologies. * Initiates and maintains positive relationships with key customers and co-workers. * Partners with stakeholders to support and evaluate change management efforts on assigned solutions., * Utilizes strong communication skills through active collaboration with the customers. Provides proactive updates and alerts customers to potential issues. * Partners with customers and team members to translate business requirements into viable solutions, identifying potential benefits, and re-engineering workflow/ processes to achieve anticipated benefits. * Proactively seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships and effectively manages client expectations., * Proactively coordinates regular status sessions with key customers. * Develops detailed system test plans, executes system test cases and provides issue tracking and consolidation. Manages a coordinated User Acceptance Test (UAT) effort. * Participates in monitoring and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key customers. FINANCE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Coordinates, cost and resource estimates, and progress reports on assigned projects. * Identifies solutions to optimize performance of existing systems and gains customer consensus on instituting changes; institutes changes when approved.
