## Description

Seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Modeler to transform an on-premises MySQL Vessel ERP data model into a scalable Microsoft Fabric analytics platform. The role will own dimensional modeling, Gold-layer design, semantic model development, and collaboration with Power BI developers to enable enterprise self-service reporting., Analyze complex MySQL ERP schemas and business processes.
Design enterprise-grade Star Schema data (models Facts, Dimensions, Bridge Tables, SCDs).
Develop and optimize Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer data models in Microsoft Fabric.
Build and maintain Fabric Semantic Models for reusable enterprise reporting.
Define KPIs, measures, hierarchies, relationships, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
Partner with Data Engineers to design analytics-ready data structures.
Collaborate closely with Power BI developers to deliver performant dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable data models.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, governance, and documentation standards.
Optimize Direct Lake, semantic model performance, and reporting scalability.
