The ideal candidate will independently drive IRM implementations, mentor junior developers, collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Security stakeholders, and actively participate in architecture review boards by presenting and defending technical designs aligned with enterprise governance standards., * 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with 6+ years in IRM/GRC. * Strong expertise in: * ServiceNow IRM / GRC * Risk Management * Policy and Compliance Management * Audit Management * Vendor Risk Management * Flow Designer and IntegrationHub * CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture * Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting. * Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise platform integrations. * Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.). * Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Git, and CI/CD practices. Soft Skills * Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. * Ability to independently lead IRM implementation activities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong presentation skills with the ability to defend architectural decisions in governance forums. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.
