You'll also mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering excellence and a strong DevOps culture., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in a production support, site reliability engineering (SRE), or DevOps role. * Deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies able to debug production code and logs effectively. * Strong database experience including complex T-SQL queries, performance tuning, and SQL Server internals. * Advanced experience with Azure services, particularly around app hosting, monitoring, logging, and databases. * Demonstrated ability to lead incident response efforts and work under pressure. * Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks and build operational tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills able to drive conversations with engineering and business stakeholders. * Experience with Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other observability platforms. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. * Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles, and experience establishing support SLAs and metrics. * Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments. Work at Home Requirements: * A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. * A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. * The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer who will take a leadership role in maintaining the health and stability of our cloud-based enterprise application built with .NET (C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, Angular) and hosted in Azure and on-prem.
