## Description

A TPM manages the development and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment across teams and with company goals. Unlike traditional project managers, TPMs combine technical expertise with leadership skills to guide engineering teams, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions efficiently

The opportunity:

 * Strategic Planning: Define program goals, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring initiatives support business objectives

 * Technical Execution: Collaborate with engineers on architecture, system design, infrastructure, and emerging technologies like cloud, AI/ML, and distributed systems

 * Project Management: Oversee multiple projects within a program, including resourcing, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality assurance

 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, business stakeholders, UI/UX, marketing, and operations to align priorities and ensure smooth delivery

 * Communication & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track project metrics, risks, and progress for leadership and teams
