## Description

The Data Governance & Enablement Analyst is an entry-level role that provides foundational support for data governance operations. This role assists with documentation, reporting, and coordination of governance activities, helping to ensure data integrity and compliance across the organization. This role will specifically support Change Management and employee engagement activities.

Essential Functions

 + Support Change Management, including managing projects and developing communications and training, and assist with Employee Engagement events and activities.

 + Maintain and assist with tracking updates of data and analytics governance documentation, including standards, procedures, controls, job aides, and training.

 + Support data quality assessments, observation/issue logging, and remediation coordination.

 + Assist and/or owns development, enhancement, execution, and testing of governance related controls

 + Help prepare reports and dashboards for governance metrics and executive updates.

 + Assist in stakeholder communications, meeting logistics, and governance forums.

 + Contribute to metadata cataloging, data lineage mapping, and stewardship documentation.

 + Participate in training sessions and workshops to build understanding of governance principles.

 + Collaborate with seniors and leads to support governance initiatives and special projects.

 + Research industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts."
