## Description

Experteer Overview As a ServiceNow HRSD Software Developer, you will design, build, and deploy HRSD solutions that support enterprise HR initiatives. You'll work with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role focuses on delivering employee-centric, secure HR services while continuously improving HR operational efficiency. You will document configurations and mentor others, contributing to a high-performing, agile HR delivery team. Join Northrop Grumman to help shape scalable HR experiences at scale.
