You will lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously by combining deep product expertise with project management discipline. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Product, Support and Engineering. General knowledge of the payments industry and API's is vital. Own implementation projects end-to-end: provide comprehensive project plans, define milestones and drive partner implementations to on time go-live and time-to-value targets. Drive weekly cadence, manage dependencies, risks and keep scope changes controlled with clear trade-offs. Provide customer facing post-sale implementation consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert on Deluxe Payment Platform features & products for partners. Serve as a trusted advisor and lead point of contact for ISV partners throughout the implementation phase; establish and own correspondence with external and internal stakeholders from Product, Engineering to Sales and Senior leadership. .
