Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Provider Data Management (PDM), Provider Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Healthcare Capitation to lead Agile product initiatives., Own and prioritize product backlogs for PDM, PLM, and Healthcare Capitation.Define Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product requirements.Manage provider lifecycle processes including onboarding, enrollment, credentialing, contracting, maintenance, and termination.Drive Provider Data Management, data quality, and provider network initiatives.Support provider assignments, capitation payments, reconciliation, and disbursement.Collaborate with Provider Network, Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and Engineering teams.Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and UAT.Manage defects, production validation, releases, risks, and dependencies.Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, and provider contracts.Track KPIs related to provider data quality, lifecycle processing, payment accuracy, and reconciliation.
