The Application Support Analyst (Tier II) is responsible for the modernization of and legacy application operations within the hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure for the customer. This role manages and modernizes over 200 legacy applications and products, including existing and new products introduced during this effort. Responsbilities: * The analyst oversees application user management to provide and maintain access. * You will support installation and deployment of customer legacy and new applications, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, evaluation, maintenance, availability, and performance monitoring. * This role anticipates implementing self-learning and self-healing corrective actions to enhance application reliability and minimizing operation downtime during critical, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance by expediting deployment of approved changes/fixes or updates. * In addition to routine application maintenance, you will be part of the team that: * provides emergency system support and emergency changes, updates application, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal user disruption and implementing Development and Operations (DevOps) practices. * You will also manage, monitor, install, remove, obtain, and renew application certifications as required in collaboration with Tier III teams to ensure application readiness for Authority to Operate (ATO)., This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions: * Sitting for long periods * Standing for long periods * Ambulate throughout an office * Ambulate between several buildings * Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required * Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds * Travel by land or air transportation 25 % .
