## Description

We're looking for a cross between a Product Manager, Customer Succes Manager and Client Services Manager.
You must be able to travel to Oxfordshire at least once a week, ideally with your own car. Sound like you?
If you're already using Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, you're half way there.This role is all about communicating the benefits of AI to clients, building them workflows that improve efficiencies and allowing their staff to do more, with less.
We're working with an innovative marketing agency who have recently developed an AI platform that solves many of their clients problems.
They require an AI Product Manager (or similar) to help them communicate the benefits, improve uptake and evolve the product in line with individual business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and suggest suitable AI led solutionsTranslate requirements into clear product briefs, specifications, and structured deliverablesDefine AI workflows, orchestration strategies, and agent interactions (at a conceptual level)Collaborate closely with developers and AI engineers to guide deliveryOwn and prioritise the AI product roadmapIdentify scalable, repeatable solutions across multiple clientsEnsure alignment with platform strategy, governance, and best practicesAct as the central link between commercial, product, and technical teamsEvaluate emerging AI capabilities and integrate relevant innovations
