Certifications: * Axis and Salient Systems Training Certifications, preferred Additional Requirements: * Demonstrated expertise of install technology and design concepts, preferred * Familiarity with ABF service centers, LTL networks, and policies and procedures, preferred Competencies: * Accountability * Analytical Thinking * Effective Communications * Installations and Upgrades * Problem Solving * Product Design and Development * Product Installation and Support * Security Management ## Description The Security Technology and Engineering Specialist, Casual position requires a high degree of decision making as well as responsibility and oversees the creation, fabrication, and assembly of technology solutions and models to improve ABF Freight's threat prevention, ability to identify and address vulnerabilities and improvements as well as operational efficiencies. This position is also tasked with acquiring parts and devices, tracking and shipping the Security team's design vision for CCTV and surveillance solutions including contributing to the design, assembly, shipping, and logistics of the solutions as well as the feedback to help with planning for the development and implementation of the models and tools that will allow ArcBest's largest subsidiary, ABF Freight, to continue leading the industry in meeting the critical needs of our customers each day.
