## About the Role

* 1-3 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year of relevant big data experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools and technologies such as HDFS, Kafka, Spark, Spark Streaming, Hive, NiFi, Airflow, or similar components.
 * Working knowledge of at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Scala.
 * Experience with NoSQL and MPP data platforms such as HBase, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redshift, Azure SQLDW, or BigQuery.
 * Practical experience with AWS data platform services.
 * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts clearly., * Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
 * Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
 * Familiarity with data governance practices, including security, lineage, and cataloging.
 * Exposure to tools such as Collibra or Alation.
 * Understanding of distributed messaging frameworks, microservices, search, and indexing technologies.
 * Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines.
 * Cloud data certifications or other relevant big data credentials.
