## Description

Worknet Staffing Services is searching for a front desk receptionist with working knowledge of Quickbooks remote and Clio legal software. This opportunity is based in Lafayette working 8-5 M-F. Work is performed in a legal office setting. Pay is $16.00/hr. Part Time hours are possible through the training period.

Duties include, but not limited to:

 * Answering multiline phone system, addressing any questions and forwarding calls as needed.
 * Greeting incoming quest, answering questions, determining purpose for the visit and acting accordingly.
 * Keeping the front office pleasant and tidy throughout the workday.
 * Working payroll through quick books for a small office.
 * Performing billing functions in Clio legal software.
