## About the Role

* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Principal Consultant or Lead Consultant
 * Strong ServiceNow solution design and platform architecture expertise
 * Experience across one or more major ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD
 * Enterprise integration experience using APIs and IntegrationHub
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
 * Track record of delivering complex ServiceNow programmes within large enterprise environments

Desirable

 * ServiceNow CTA certification (or working towards CTA)
 * ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certifications
 * ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
 * Experience within regulated, secure or government environments
 * Knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and MID Servers

Please note: Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must be British Nationals and eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
