This role creates analytics tools and products that help business users identify trends, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions. The role is also expected to assist with data validation techniques and present findings to business users to support understanding, interpretation, and effective use of the analytical product. Responsibilities include querying cloud-hosted databases using structured query language, cleaning and manipulating complex datasets, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and developing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and web-enabled applications through business intelligence and visualization tools. The role builds long-term relationships with internal business users and delivers analytical solutions that go beyond reporting to improve understanding, interpretation, and action on business trends.
