Work Environment * Hybrid work schedule based in Washington, DC. * Approximately 10% travel. * Occasional evening and weekend availability to support board meetings and governance activities. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of meeting materials or luggage as needed. ## Description NRI Legal Resources is partnering with a respected national non profit organization to identify an experienced Associate Director, Governance. This is an outstanding opportunity for a governance professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and has experience supporting executive leadership, boards of directors, or trustees. The Associate Director, Governance will play a critical role in ensuring effective governance operations by managing board activities, coordinating governance processes, and serving as the primary liaison between board members and executive leadership.
