You don't wait to be told what to do, and you follow through until something is actually fixed * You treat every person who walks up to your desk, whether an individual contributor or an executive, with the same patience and professionalism * You're detail-oriented. Inventory accuracy and clean documentation matter to you * You're reliable. This role anchors the office each day, so being there, on time, matters * You can explain a technical problem to a non-technical person without making them feel dumb for asking ## Description Our Austin office is home to more than 150 team members, including several company executives, and it's growing. We're hiring an Onsite IT Support Specialist to be the face of IT in that office every single day: the person people turn to when a laptop won't connect, when a new hire needs a machine ready to go, or when the office needs to open its doors in the morning. This is a hands-on, in-person role. You'll report to the Director of IT and work alongside an IT Engineer to keep the Austin office running smoothly for everyone in it, from individual contributors to executives.
