## About the Role

* 7+ years of Contact Center / Telephony experience
 * Hands-on experience with Kore.ai (or Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Cognigy)
 * Five9, Genesys, or NICE CCaaS experience
 * IVR call flow design and scripting
 * SIP, SIP Trunking, SIP Headers & SBC
 * REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth
 * CRM/Billing/Payment system integration
 * Excellent communication skills

Preferred: Experience with Agentic AI, Finance/Billing domain, and AudioCodes SBC.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Telephony Engineer with expertise in Conversational AI to design and support AI-powered voice solutions within a cloud contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kore.ai, Five9, complex IVR call flows, SIP/SBC, and REST API integrations.
