## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field; an equivalent combination of technical education and experience may be considered

 + 3+ years of engineering experience in configuration management, design engineering, systems engineering, project engineering, or a related technical field

 + Experience with engineering change control and document management processes

 + Knowledge of configuration management principles and engineering documentation practices

 + Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and technical documentation

 + Familiarity with applicable engineering codes, standards, and quality assurance requirements

 + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

 + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering document management systems

 + Ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:

 + Experience in the nuclear, DOE, DOD, utility, chemical processing, or other highly regulated industries

 + Experience supporting engineering design changes, design verification, or plant modifications

 + Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, IEEE, or other applicable engineering standards

 + Experience with quality assurance programs compliant with NQA-1 or similar standards

 + Understanding of systems engineering principles and requirements management

 + Experience supporting startup, commissioning, or operational readiness activities

 + Experience working within DOE or NRC regulated environments

 + Currently holding an active Q-level security clearance
