## About the Role

* Windows 11: ability to troubleshoot various hardware issues
 * Linux: experience with Ubuntu and Fedora
 * Networking: experience with Juniper
 * Windows Server: manage roles including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory including Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, and Hyper-V
 * Experience with Powershell scripting

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with Cisco and Dell networking systems
 * Ability to upgrade code on Cisco and Juniper switches
 * Strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
 * HP Device Manager (understanding of RMM tools would be sufficient)
 * Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, Syslog-ng

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required

## Description

Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/server/network devices.

 * Manages IT system infrastructure, configuration, operation, and any processes related to the IT systems.
 * Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, and diagnosis.
 * Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
