## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive IT project success by leading Organizational Change Management activities that prepare and enable users to adopt technology and process changes. You will partner with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to plan readiness, engagement, training, and sustainment. You'll own OCM workplans, communications, and training coordination while surfacing risks and decisions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes adoption across medium-to-large IT initiatives.
