## About the Role

We are looking for 2 experienced Lead Application Support / Production Support Engineers with 8+ years of experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, databases, microservices, and production support operations., * 8+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support

 * Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
 * Experience supporting and troubleshooting REST APIs
 * Strong knowledge of Kafka
 * Experience with Oracle and/or MongoDB
 * Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
 * Experience supporting Microservices applications
 * Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring
 * Strong experience in Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
 * Ability to lead major production incidents
 * Experience mentoring and guiding production support team members
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

 * ServiceNow
 * OpenShift / Kubernetes
 * Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
 * Understanding of AI / Agent platforms
 * Banking / Financial Services domain experience

## Description

* Lead day-to-day production support for business-critical applications.
 * Troubleshoot application, API, database, and messaging issues.
 * Monitor applications and analyze logs using Splunk.
 * Investigate production incidents and perform RCA.
 * Lead Major Incident Management and coordinate resolution across technical teams.
 * Support Java/Spring Boot microservices and Kafka-based applications.
 * Troubleshoot Oracle/MongoDB and SQL-related issues.
 * Identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
 * Work closely with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams.
 * Mentor junior production support engineers and provide technical leadership.
 * Ensure production stability, availability, and operational excellence.
