What is the experience needed to be successful in this role? * Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science required. * 5+ years of related experience in software development, neural networks, robotics, and artificial intelligence. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience supporting AI systems in customer-facing or field environments is highly desirable. ## Description As a Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer you will design deep learning models and computer vision pipelines to identify, count, and track store merchandise. The role focuses on fine-tuning object detection models, processing high-resolution shelf images, and deploying edge AI solutions to accurately audit inventory in dynamic store environments. Additionally, you will create new and enhance current AI product offerings as well as support Badger's AI offerings in the field. You will consult on system architectures, assess technical requirements and competencies, and point out shortcomings to produce a high-quality product.
