## About the Role

This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making., * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

 * 5+ years in data analysis/analytics or similar role
 * Advanced Power BI and Advanced Excel skills
 * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms
 * Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions
 * Background working with data in customer service, sales, or order management

## Description

Data Analysis & Insights

 * Analyze customer service metrics (order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance, expedite requests)
 * Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
 * Ensure data integrity and validate sources

Reporting & Dashboards

 * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
 * Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
 * Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities

Operational Support

 * Monitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and recommend mitigation
 * Partner with customer experience, sales, and operations teams
 * Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting

Business Contribution

 * Fulfill reporting requests from leadership
 * Proactively identify new metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities
 * Recommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvements
