## Description

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all computer hardware, software, and network related issues within the organization. This individual will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and will play a critical role in maintaining the organization's technological infrastructure., Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.

 - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
 - Monitor and maintain the organization's network and server infrastructure.
 - Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems.
 - Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
 - Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
 - Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing technology.
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry.
