Hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio, and Draw.io. Experience using AIassisted/agentic AI frameworks for software development and workflow automation. Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and production support skills. Proven ability to lead technical teams, influence architecture decisions, and deliver independently in a global, multi stakeholder environment. ## Description Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise applications. Own the technical delivery and architecture of multiple mission-critical applications, including L3/L4 production support. Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using microservices, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns. Define application architecture, interfaces, deployment strategy, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, availability). Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive continuous improvements. Enforce enterprise architecture, security, and development standards. Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
