## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
 * Hands-on experience with VIP/Executive Support.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
 * Experience with laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Knowledge of VPN, networking, and remote support tools.
 * Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work under pressure and provide quick, professional support to executives.

## Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support professional with strong VIP support experience to provide high-quality technical assistance to executives and senior management. The role requires excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide VIP/Executive desktop and technical support for hardware, software, and applications.
 * Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers and software applications.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and other business applications.
 * Handle IT tickets and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
 * Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
 * Perform hardware/software upgrades and replacements.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, assets, and solutions.
 * Coordinate with other IT teams for complex technical issues.
 * Provide a professional, customer-focused experience to VIP users.
