## About the Role

## Description

Top Arkansas law firm is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to provide desktop support and technical assistance to end users in a professional environment. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user account issues while supporting computers, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft applications, and audio/visual technology.

The IT Specialist will assist with desktop deployments, Active Directory/Microsoft 365 administration, network equipment, phone systems, and courtroom/trial technology support.

Responsibilities:

 * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and software applications
 * Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues
 * Manage user accounts, passwords, and account access
 * Deploy and configure new computers using standard procedures
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and business applications
 * Assist with network equipment including switches, routers, wireless systems, and phone systems
 * Set up and support audio/visual equipment for meetings and trials
