Media & entertainment experience a plus. ## Description The Global Operations COE is building the company's data and analytics backbone - a spend cube, an enterprise ontology, executive dashboards, and a growing set of AI/agent use cases. The work is a mile wide and moving fast, and it needs one person who owns the planning, organization, and execution of it end to end. We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to be the operational right hand to the Head of the COE. This is not a strategy/transformation role and not an ERP implementation - it is a detail-obsessed delivery role. You turn a wide, fast-moving stream of requests into an organized, prioritized, visible, on-track portfolio. Technical leads own the "how"; you own the what, when, who, and where-it-stands., * Single front door - capture, triage, and prioritize all D&A requests so nothing is lost and the team works on what matters most. * One master portfolio in Asana - every initiative with an owner, scope, stage, priority, and due date. * Weekly intake/prioritization review - convert approved requests into structured plans. Delivery Execution * Own the integrated plan - drive the critical path and clear blockers before they escalate. * Keep every project moving - chase owners, dependencies, and decisions; hold the team accountable to dates with data, not just reminders. * Scope discipline - separate committed work from nice-to-have enhancements. Cadence & Reporting * Run the operating cadence - weekly status and a leadership review with clear, at-a-glance RAG reporting. * One trustworthy view - give the Head of COE a single picture of everything in flight: on track, at risk, needs a decision. * Decision & action logs - track commitments to closure. Risk, Issues & Dependencies * Live RAID log - surface risks early with recommended mitigations and owners. * Coordinate dependencies - across the team and with partner functions (Procurement, Finance, Technology, Enterprise Solutions). Team & Stakeholder Partnership * Partner with technical leads - supply the structure, sequencing, and follow-through that turns their work into delivered outcomes. * Translate complexity - clear, business-facing updates; accountability, no jargon. First 90 Days - Success Looks Like * A single Asana portfolio and intake process live - every active D&A request captured, owned, prioritized, dated. * A weekly cadence and a one-page leadership dashboard the Head of COE trusts. * Visible movement on the top initiatives - blockers cleared, decisions logged, dates met. * They need a middle person who can keep the train running. ## Related Videos - [A Founder's Journey : From Startup Chaos to Purposeful Growth](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1926-a-founder-s-journey-from-startup-chaos-to-purposeful-growth) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [Data Science on Software Data](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/162-data-science-on-software-data) - [Collaboration Quantified: Lessons from Open Source Developer Networks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1422-collaboration-quantified-lessons-from-open-source-developer-networks) - [The user in the eye of the Cargo1492 storm](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/96-the-user-in-the-eye-of-the-cargo1492-storm) - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [React Developer Salary [2023]](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/198-react-developer-salary-2023) - [Should Tech Managers Be Developers First?
