Leads the technical and functional architecture for largescale Salesforce programs bridging business requirements with scalable secure and maintainable technical solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds Sales Service Experience Marketing etc, Define end-to-end architecture data model integrations security automation for Salesforce programs spanning multiple teams projects
Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications
Establish governance standards coding practices release management org strategy single vs multiorg
Lead integration architecture MuleSoft RESTSOAP APIs middleware with ERP CRM and third-party systems
Oversee data architecture migration strategy and data quality across the platform
Guide development teams on Apex LWC Flow and declarative vs programmatic tradeoffs
Conduct architecture reviews technical debt assessments and scalability performance audits
Partner with Salesforce Account Executives and Solution Engineers on roadmap and licensing decisions
Mentor solution architects technical leads and developers
