In this role, you'll lead electrical design efforts for cutting-edge pharmaceutical and biotech facilities - projects that directly impact how life-saving therapies are developed and manufactured. What You'll Do As a Senior Lead Technical Engineer, you'll: * Develop detailed electrical construction drawings and specifications for cleanroom facilities, manufacturing suites, and laboratory environments. * Design electrical power distribution systems for critical manufacturing equipment and regulated environments. * Engineer lighting and emergency egress systems for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities. * Perform load calculations, power system analyses, and coordinate arc flash/short circuit studies. * Create electrical utility matrices and coordinate designs with process, mechanical, and automation disciplines. * Prepare design narratives and basis-of-design documents for client review. * Ensure designs meet FDA, EU, and industry-specific regulatory requirements. * Conduct facility evaluations, troubleshooting, and system assessments. * Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, and other engineering teams. * Develop equipment specifications, review submittals, and collaborate with vendors and contractors. * Mentor junior engineers and designers. * Stay current with electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices. * Lead or support project management activities including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. * Support proposal development and participate in client presentations., We celebrate curiosity, collaboration, and community - from team BBQs to volunteering and supporting families in need.
