Additional Education Preferred: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience Required: * Minimum of six years of application, system build, support, healthcare, or related experience. * Demonstrated experience working with assigned customer groups, operational workflows, multidisciplinary teams, and application support processes. * Minimum of three years of relevant experience leading teams, workgroups, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, or conflict resolution preferred. * Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. This position translates operational requirements into system direction, coordinates with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, supports issue resolution and change adoption, monitors project deliverables, and provides leadership input to support effective team performance and execution.
