You must pass a fingerprint-based background check and complete required security awareness training. A disqualifying criminal history will prevent employment in this role. NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED) - CompTIA A+ (or active progress toward it) - Prior helpdesk or retail tech experience - Low-voltage cabling experience - Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) ## Description A defined escalation path: when you're stumped, escalating to your lead after a genuine attempt is the expected, professional move, not a failure. You will never be left to sink. - A structured first 90 days: written checkpoints at 30, 60, and 90 days, so you always know what to learn next and how you're doing. - A real growth ladder: we develop technicians toward Tier 2 and beyond, with certification support (CompTIA A+ and up) and stretch assignments as you earn them.
