* 1-2 years of Project Coordination or PMO experience.

## Description

Edward Jones is looking for a Project Coordinator to support enterprise projects by coordinating planning, scheduling, documentation, and project execution. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while supporting both Agile and Waterfall methodologies., * Coordinate project planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery activities.

 * Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
 * Maintain project schedules, documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
 * Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
 * Support project startup activities, including requirements gathering and resource onboarding.
 * Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and status reporting.
 * Collaborate with business and technical teams across multiple workstreams.
 * Assist with testing coordination, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
 * Prepare executive presentations and project reports.
 * Maintain project documentation, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and related records.
