To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As a Lunar Data Applications Engineer, you are responsible for building data models, crafting intuitive visuals, and providing analysis that helps Blue Origin build a road to the Moon. Within the Lunar business operations organization, we build relationships with budget owners to technical design teams that cover the design, build, and operate lifecycle. Our team accelerates program operations and strengthens the value of analytics in modern aerospace. We are looking for someone to apply technical expertise, customer focus, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight., * Designs and builds data models supporting Lunar program planning, tracking configuration, schedule, and technical performance across Lunar Permanence programs * Creates dashboards and key metrics used by program leadership for decision-making and business reviews * Develops automated data pipelines using Python and SQL to enable teams across engineering, supply chain, configuration management, production, and operations * Partners with budget owners and technical teams to identify analytics needs and deliver self-service reporting solutions * Leads technical data modeling efforts for cross-functional analyses spanning multiple Lunar programs * Establishes data quality standards and documentation practices that enable team scalability, Applicants for employment at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
