## Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Diagnose and resolve service issues involving network infrastructure, wireless access points (APs), VoIP, and related technology across all DACC locations.

 * Install, provision, configure, and maintain telecommunications and network equipment including: Network switches, Structured Cabling, Cisco IP phones, Wireless access points and Uninterruptible Power Supply systems (UPS)
 * Perform on-site troubleshooting, testing, and verification of network cabling and line quality using specialized diagnostic tools (network testers) and basic knowledge of cable standards and pairings.
 * Coordinate with vendors and contracted service providers on equipment upgrades, installations, repairs, and maintenance projects as needed.
 * Create and manage user accounts and perform basic licensing and administrative tasks using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other administrative tools.
 * Collaborate with other IT personnel to ensure reliable operation of network and telecommunications services throughout DACC.
 * Document service requests, installations, repairs, maintenance activities, and technical procedures accurately and completely.
 * Provide professional, courteous, and effective technical support to faculty, staff, and students while maintaining excellent customer service.
