**Skills:** Cyber Security, Workday - **Published:** August 23, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.careerjet.com/job/us45905b036f8572af5aeed26ec9ae8aa5/eaa ## About the Role * Must be at least 18 years or older and able to prove completion of at least a high school level education or equivalent. * Must be able to pass a drug test, including for marijuana, at the time of hire and at random thereafter. * Must not have been convicted of any felonies or have felony charges pending. * Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, weapons, drugs, or violence or have such misdemeanor charges pending. * Must qualify as a covered driver under the company's vehicle insurance policy by not having had 3 or more moving violations or 2 or more at-fault accidents within a 3-year period. * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand fluently the English language. * Must be able to type on a computer keyboard at approximately 60 words per minute and demonstrate familiarity with standard spreadsheet and word processing software. * Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crouch, move quickly, and navigate stairs for 8-12 hours per day. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. ## Description * Coordinate staffing and maintain schedule coverage for assigned security operations. * Monitor open shifts throughout each workday and take timely action to fill vacancies. * Distribute daily open-shift communications and contact available on-call employees regarding remaining coverage needs. * Communicate regional staffing needs and unresolved openings to Operations Managers. * Remain aware of current and anticipated vacancies and communicate staffing needs to the appropriate recruiting teams. * Support recruiting efforts necessary to maintain adequate account staffing. * Prioritize immediate scheduling and shift coverage needs over routine administrative work when competing priorities arise. * Maintain accurate staffing, payroll, and account records. * Review payroll, identify discrepancies, and correct issues against available records. * Complete assigned payroll responsibilities by established deadlines. * Review invoices for accuracy and verify billed amounts. * Maintain current officer rosters and employee communication lists as staffing changes occur. * Periodically review upcoming schedules for anticipated overtime and notify management when projected overtime exceeds established expectations. * Conduct routine audits and reviews of account documentation, including monthly officer activity logs. * Identify significant concerns within account records and escalate matters requiring management or client attention. * Coordinate with account management, Operations Managers, Human Resources, recruiting personnel, and other appropriate staff to support continuity of security services. * Communicate promptly when staffing conditions, competing deadlines, payroll discrepancies, overtime concerns, or other operational issues may prevent required work from being completed on time. * Maintain consistent follow-through, attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and organization across multiple time-sensitive responsibilities. * Demonstrate successful performance through timely shift coverage, accurate staffing communications and records, completion of payroll and administrative responsibilities, effective staffing and recruiting coordination, and consistent maintenance of account documentation. ## Related Videos -
