## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
 * 5-7 years of relevant harness design experience.
 * Strong wiring harness design experience.
 * Experience with Creo, Pro/E, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools.
 * Experience with Teamcenter and Engineering Data Systems (EDS).
 * Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes.
 * Ability to read and develop electrical schematics.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
 * US Citizen or Green Card only.

## Description

Seeking a Harness Design Engineer with strong experience in wiring harness design, electrical schematics, and CAD tools. This role focuses on designing, releasing, and maintaining harness assemblies and related electrical components for engine and power systems., * Design and maintain wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical schematics.

 * Create and release engineering drawings for new and existing products.
 * Develop and maintain harness models and engineering data.
 * Support design reviews, concept development, and engineering changes.
 * Provide troubleshooting and technical support to Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers.
 * Prepare drawing deviations and engineering change documentation.
 * Develop best practices for harness design, drawings, and documentation.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
 * Support continuous improvement and new harness design concepts.
